You should not have to commit a client’s money to find out what a report looks like. A specimen report based on entirely fictitious facts can be requested, and we will send you a copy. It is a complete mortgage capacity report in our standard format, so you can judge the structure, the depth of the reasoning and the way assumptions are set out before you instruct.
